Unable to export licenses, Fired 1000 employees
Bringing investment certainty to international arbitration becomes a dilemma for PT Freeport Indonesia and the Indonesian Government. Both parties agreed on one side of the Contract of Work signed in 1991, but on the other hand there is a compromise between Freeport with relevant government regulations applicable mining sector.
