Thousands of Documents CIA is Leak

CIA accused Wikileaks, jeopardize the security of the United States for leaking secret documents belonging to almost 9,000 intelligence agencies.

DEPARTMENT United States Intelligence (CIA), Wednesday (8/3) local time, accused the international nonprofit organization Wikileaks, has been endangering the security of 'Uncle Sam' for leaking nearly 9,000 secret documents.

The CIA called the move anti-secrecy website established Australian computer programmer Julian Assange has been aiding the enemy or rival US and hamper efforts to combat the threat of terror.

A CIA spokesman did not confirm the authenticity of the leaked thousands of documents. However, a number of cyber security experts and former intelligence officials that have seen leaked documents, said the original materials.

"The disclosure did not only endanger US personnel and operations, but also provide our enemies with the tools and information to harm us all," said CIA spokesman Heather Fritz Horniak.

On Tuesday (7/3) local time, WikiLeaks published nearly 8771 documents and said it was part of the great treasures of the leak of CIA. Wikileaks also described it as the largest publication of secret intelligence material that never happened.

The documents, Wikileaks said, obtained from a former US government hackers. As an intelligence officer 'Uncle Sam' also said the leaks apparently carried out a CIA contractor.

"This incredible collection, numbering more than hundreds of millions of line of code, gives the owner the entire capacity of hacking the CIA," said CIA.

Material leaked showing CIA intelligence work is very focused on breaking into personal electronics using various systems of malware. CIA Hackers can turn a television into a listening device, cutting the popular encryption application, and you can control someone's car.

Although 'targeting' the personal side, Horniak defended the CIA cyber operations and warned that all the people of the US should "deeply concerned" by the leakage of documents by Wikileaks.

"The duty of the CIA is to be innovative, cutting-edge, and the first line of defense in protecting the country from foreign enemies," he said.

Leaker Hunting

Yesterday, lnvestigasi US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has opened a criminal investigation into the leak. White House spokesman Sean Spicer said the same thing Spicer added that President Donald Trump is very concerned about this issue.

According to White House spokesman, the authorities will pursue those who divulge secrets that undermine the security of 'Uncle Sam' it. "This is a disclosure that undermines our security, our country, and the comfort of all of us," said Spicer told reporters.

Ribuan Dokumen CIA Bocor

CIA menuding Wikileaks, membahayakan keamanan AS karena membocorkan hampir 9.000 dokumen rahasia milik lembaga intelijen itu.

DINAS Intelijen Amerika Serikat (CIA), Rabu (8/3) waktu setempat, menuding organisasi nonprofit internasionalj Wikileaks, telah memhahayakan keamanan ‘Negeri Paman Sam’ karena membocorkan hampir 9.000 dokumen rahasia.

CIA menyebut langkah situs anti kerahasiaan yang didirikan programer komputer asal Australia Julian Assange itu telah membantu musuh atau rival AS dan menghambat upaya memerangi ancaman teror.

Seorang juru bicara CIA tidak mengonfirmasi keaslian ribuan dokumen bocor itu. Namun, sejumlah pakar keamanan dunia maya dan mantan pejabat intelijen

yang telah melihat dokumen-dokumen yang dibocorkan tersebut mengatakan material-material tersebut asli.

“Pengungkapan seperti itu tidak hanya membahayakan personel Amerika Serikat dan operasi, tetapi juga membekali musuh kita dengan alat dan informasi untuk membahayakan kita semua,” ujar juru bicara CIA Heather Fritz Horniak.

Pada Selasa (7/3) waktu setempat, Wikileaks menerbitkan hampir 8.771 dokumen dan mengatakan itu merupakan bagian dari harta besar yang bocor dari CIA. Wikileaks juga menggambarkan hal itu sebagai publikasi terbesar material intelijen rahasia yang pernah terjadi.

Dokumen-dokumen itu, ujar Wikileaks, didapat dari seorang mantan peretas pemerintah AS. Adapun seorang pejabat intelijen ‘Negeri Paman Sam’ pun mengatakan tampaknya pembocoran itu dilakukan seorang kontraktor CIA.

“Koleksi yang luar biasa ini, yang berjumlah lebih dari ratusan juta saluran kode, memberikan pemiliknya seluruh kapasitas peretasan CIA,” ungkap CIA.

Material yang bocor menunjukkan kerja intelijen CIA sangat fokus pada membobol elektronik pribadi menggunakan berbagai sistem malware. Peretas CIA dapat mengubah televisi menjadi alat pendengar, memotong aplikasi enkripsi populer, dan mungkin mengendalikan mobil seseorang.

Meski "menyasar‘ sisi personal, Horniak membela operasi siber CIA dan memperingatkan bahwa seluruh rakyat AS patut ‘sangat prihatin’ dengan pembocoran dokumen oleh Wikileaks.

“Tugas CIA adalah menjadi inovatif, mutakhir, dan garis pertama pertahanan dalam melindungi negara ini dari musuh luar negeri,” kata dia.

Buru Pembocor

Kemarin, Biro lnvestigasi Federal AS (FBI) telah membuka penyelidikan kriminal atas kebocoran itu. Juru bicara Gedung Putih Sean Spicer juga mengatakan hal yang sama Spicer menambahkan bahwa Presiden Donald Trump sangat prihatin terhadap masalah ini.

Menurut juru bicara Gedung Putih itu, pihak berwenang akan mengejar orang-orang yang membocorkan rahasia yang merongrong keamanan ‘Negeri Paman Sam’ itu. “Ini merupakan pengungkapan yang merongrong keamanan kita, negara kita, dan kenyamanan kita semua,” kata Spicer kepada wartawan.

Sumber material sensitif dan rahasia itu masih belum jelas. Penyelidikan yang dilakukan FBI bisa fokus pada apakah CIA ceroboh dalam kontrol mereka

atau, seperti yang dilaporkan The Washington Post, hal itu bisa jadi ‘sebuah perburuan besar’ bagi pembocor berbahaya atau pengkhianat di tubuh CIA.
