Sengketa Pajak Google Belum Tuntas
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jakarta Khusus, Muhammad Haniv, mengatakan negosiasi pajak Google Asia Pacific Pte Ltd terus berjalan. Meski terus berjalan, negosiasi ini tidak memiliki batas waktu tertentu.

Sebabnya, ribut pajak Google hanya sampai tahun 2015. Adapun Ditjen Pajak tidak akan memasuki tahap penyidikan lantaran sudah ada komitmen baik Google membayar pajak. “Kajian aturan terus dilakukan,” kata dia.
Setidaknya, pencocokan data Google dan hitungan Ditjen Pajak telah memasuki tahap akhir. Menurut Haniv, Google harus menyertakan data pendukung untuk memperkuat klaim data keuangan yang telah diberikan ke kantor pajak beberapa waktu yang lalu.
"Pekan lalu, mereka kirim surat resmi untuk minta perpanjangan waktu. Saya Direktur Jenderal Pajak, Ken Dwijugiasteadi mengatakan akan sulit mengejar data perpajakan Google di Singapura, karena Negeri Singa tersebut menolak ikut pertukaran informasi, khususnya dengan Indonesia.
Menurut dia, Singapura enggan berbagi informasi karena mayoritas uang orang Indonesia disimpan di situ.
“Ya kalau tidak mau, ya, sudah. Soalnya, Singapura akan habis kalau mau,” kata Ken.
